What we collect
If you use our contact form, we receive what you submit: your name, contact details, and your message. That information is transmitted securely, stored in the systems we use to manage inquiries, and used for exactly one purpose — responding to you about your inquiry.
This site uses first-party analytics provided by our hosting platform. It records only which pages are opened, how quickly they load, and a randomly generated session identifier — never your name, your email, or anything you type. It does not record or replay your session, it uses no advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers, and we never sell, rent, or share your information.
A note on email and privacy
Standard email and contact forms are appropriate for scheduling and general questions, but they are not a clinical channel. Please don't include detailed clinical information in a website message. Once you become a client, care-related communication and documents run through our HIPAA-secure client portal (TherapyNotes).
